For one day, the Francophonie House transforms into a true sugar village: gourmet stalls, traditional music, dance, old‑fashioned games, and of course, maple taffy on snow.

Outside, enjoy tasting, dancing, and gathering around the stage. Inside, explore exhibitions, family activities, and cultural spaces for all ages.
