Join us for a guided birdwatching outing led by Jacques Sirois!
This activity invites you to discover and observe local birds and nature along the Songhees Walkway.
A friendly and accessible experience for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced bird enthusiast.

Schedule:
10:00 a.m. – Welcome and arrival at the Victoria Francophone Society
10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Guided birdwatching outing with Jacques Sirois
11:30 a.m. – Lunch at the Francophone Society of Victoria
1:00 p.m. – End of the activity
Menu:
- Potato salad
- Assorted sandwiches from Croissant Chaud
- Dessert : Madeleines
- Coffee and tea
Important Notes
- Please wear weather-appropriate clothing.
- Bring a pair of binoculars.
- Bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses (especially if you are sensitive to sunlight).
- Don’t forget your reusable water bottle and, if needed, a walking pole.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made before Friday, August 7 at 11:00 a.m. (PDT) are eligible for a full refund. After Friday, August 7 at 11:00 a.m. (PDT), no refunds can be issued due to expenses already incurred by the Société francophone de Victoria.
