Join us for an hour of relaxation, connection and self-discovery through yoga.
Take a pause and offer yourself a moment for yourself. These classes, led by Nancy Prévost-Maurice, certified teacher, are specifically made to revitalize yourself. Each session of an hour is specially crafted to energize you.
Note : Please bring your yoga mat and some comfortable clothes.
