The Justice Education Society (JES) offers a practical workshop on human rights in British Columbia\, designed for newcomers\, refugees\, and anyone who wants to understand how human rights can protect them in the workplace. This workshop will help participants recognize discrimination\, harassment and bullying\, and learn how to create or seek inclusive and safe workplaces. You will receive practical advice on how the Human Rights Code protects employees\, and what steps to take if your rights are violated. \n\n\n\n\nThis workshop is for settlement workers who support newcomers\, as well as newcomers\, refugees\, and other vulnerable populations. It is also suitable for anyone who wants to better understand their rights in the workplace.
